About me

Hello Readers! My name is Karlee Renkoski, as you may have read. I grew up on a farm outside of Springfield, Missouri, and have been blessed with a wonderful family who enjoys torturing me! (Not literally, of course.) Currently, I am at the University of Missouri studying Magazine Arts and Culture Journalism and double minoring in Film Studies and Cultural Anthropology. But let's move on shall we?

So, why did I call my blog "Creative Dreamer"? These two words have always been emphasized in my personal life. First, I love, Love, LOVE being creative! I believe it's important to create, whether that means creating ideas, crafts, processes, styles, food, and more. I, myself, enjoy writing, crafting, cooking, and discussing ways to stay fit and healthy.

Second, I am a dreamer! Honestly, my imagination constantly carries me away to various places and people. Not only do I dream in that sense, but I also dream big about my plans in life. I would enjoy having a traveling career, perhaps one day writing a book, or starting an organization for kids who need emotional, physical and mental help. I DREAM BIG, PEOPLE! And that's okay.

In fact, I encourage you to dream big and work for a goal. I encourage you to be creative and make whatever you enjoy in life. I encourage you to take part in this blog and comment (whether good or bad), share your ideas (whether you think they're good or bad), and simply talk with me about life (whether it's good or bad). So, join me and all the weirdness that follows, and be a "Creative Dreamer".
